Established in 2023 at Wilfrid Laurier University, Zeta Chapter is the newest addition to Tau Sigma Phi. Located in the heart of Waterloo’s student community, the chapter welcomes members from Wilfrid Laurier, the University of Waterloo, and Conestoga College.
As a growing chapter, Zeta offers students the opportunity to build lasting friendships, give back through philanthropy, and pursue academic success—guided by our pillars of sisterhood, philanthropy, and scholarship.

About
A message from the president
When I started my winter semester in 2024, I never imagined I would have the opportunity to be part of a sisterhood that was being built from the ground up. What began as curiosity, something I had only seen on TV quickly became my reality. I joined with pride and passion, finding a true home in the Zeta Chapter of Tau Sigma Phi.
Through this journey, I’ve made meaningful connections and formed lasting bonds with the most incredible women I now call my sisters. Being an active member has been one of the most rewarding parts of my university experience. Holding three parliamentary positions not only taught me time management and responsibility, but also prepared me for the honour of serving as Chapter President this year. Being away from home can be intimidating and so can the idea of joining a sorority but what I’ve learned is that when you put yourself out there, you discover a community of women who will have your back no matter what.
