A message from the president 

Dear Members and Visitors,

​

My name is Julia, and I am this year’s Delta Chapter President. Tau Sigma Phi is an organization I hold very close to my heart, so I am both honoured and overjoyed to be representing Delta chapter in such a way for the 2025-26 school year.

​

I grew up in Etobicoke, Ontario and I started university in St Catharines, Ontario in 2019. I didn’t have a great high school experience so I was very excited to meet some new people and have a fresh start; however, this became extremely difficult when the world shut down due to the global pandemic in 2020. I ended up with very few friends I could lean on, and none of them lived in the Niagara region. One day, I was reached out to by an active member of Delta Chapter who invited me to attend Rush that following winter semester. I attended my first rush event, and fell in love with this organization and the people in it. I am so proud of myself for taking that step out of my comfort zone, as it led me to where I needed to be all along.

Delta chapter has faced a lot of challenges in the past few years, but despite this, our sisterhood has never been stronger. Even though we have become a smaller chapter in recent years, our continued impact on the community through philanthropic events and volunteer efforts has never wavered. To my fellow Delta Chapter members (active, inactive, FAM, and alumnae): it is evident how much effort and love you all pour into this organization. I am so proud to know and love you all, and I am so lucky to get to lead our current active members and position holders through the 2025-2026 school year.

I am so proud to be a part of such a wonderful organization and I could not be more thankful for the relationships, opportunities, and memories it has brought me. I am incredibly happy to have finally found my true sisters forever.
