Sisterhood is the heart of Tau Sigma Phi. It connects our members across campuses and creates a lasting sense of belonging. We take pride in having the strongest sisterhoods on the campuses we’re part of—built on respect, loyalty, and integrity. Members support one another through every stage of life, from celebrating wins to overcoming challenges. Through shared traditions and meaningful connection, our sisterhood empowers us to grow together and achieve more than we ever could alone.

Scholastic achievement is a cornerstone of Tau Sigma Phi. Each member is required to maintain a minimum GPA to remain active, mentor PNMs, or hold a position. To support academic success, we require members to complete monthly study hours and participate in workshops designed to enhance their work ethic. Additionally, our members set personal scholastic goals each semester, and we strive to provide them with the resources and opportunities needed to achieve those goals.

Philanthropy, particularly supporting breast cancer research, is a core passion of Tau Sigma Phi. This cause holds special significance for us, as all five of our founding mothers were impacted by this devastating disease in some way. Our members actively participate in campaigns and events that raise both funds and awareness for breast cancer research. Additionally, each chapter contributes to other philanthropic initiatives that align with the passions of its current active members, reflecting our commitment to making a broader impact.
